(Annajm) 53 : 31
To Allah belongs whatever in the heavens and whatever in the earth, in order to reward for the evildoers with whatever they did, and to reward for the Best doers with the Best what they did.
What is meant by the Best is Adhikr. Whoever lives under the light of Adhikr will get the reward which Adhikr promises, and whoever lives neglecting Adhikr will get the reward which Adhikr warns. See explanation 39: 32-34; 40: 40; 41: 26-29; and 34-35.
